Introduction
Welcome to The Settlor Path.
In a world where paperwork and documents seem to rule, the true Settlor needs none of this in their life. This Path is not so much about law or Acts in the worldly or admiralty/legal sense, although there is that aspect to it of course. It must be remembered it is not about rebellion or fighting the system, not about Common law, Natural law, Lore or fighting for freedom from perceived outside forces. It is the living way of the Settlor — the one who sets the lor — to set the truth for Self, the inner order of life.
To walk as Settlor is to stand directly under the Highest Authority – God or Source or the Divine. From this place, you set the lor for yourself, in full honor, in alignment with Source. Born, in the image of God you were given full dominion and self determination which means far more than most realize.
At its core, the Settlor Path is a journey of inner self-discovery and self-responsibility: To realize that you are not the body, not the drama, not the paper or documents, not the deceased legal fiction entity, not the narratives imposed by systems of oppression and media hype.
- To awaken to your true nature as Essence, Energy, and Mind — the conscious author of your reality, your story.
- To live in the adult position, no longer reacting in fear or attachment, but standing in awareness, honor, and creative intent.
- To accept that every thought is creative, every moment is authored from within, and that all outer experience arises from the inner state of awareness.
The Settlor Path teaches that:
- Freedom is not granted by governments, documents or systems. Nor by any assumed authority.
- Freedom is not rebellion or fighting against a narrated perceived power.
- Freedom is in fact the natural state of one who has discovered and aligned with the true Self.
The Settlor Path is therefore not a fight, but a return — a return to truth, simplicity, honor, and the inner authoring of Self, directly under God/Source or whatever you define as the highest power or Authority.
This is not an easy concept to grasp straight away. For many they find it easy enough to hear, but the actual living of it is something else altogether. happens.
Authoring Self
The Authoring Self is the recognition that no one else holds the pen to your story. The past may provide ink stains, inherited sentences, or beginnings you did not choose — but from this moment, authoring of the self belongs to you. It is not about scripting life into rigid perfection; it is about living with awareness that each gesture, each word, each choice is a line written into the unfolding manuscript of your very being…
In this field, life is seen as a text always in motion. Drafts may be revised, themes rediscovered, chapters begun again. Authoring does not mean control over every event; it means claiming the right to interpret, to respond, to shape meaning from what occurs. Authoring Self embraces both freedom and consequence, creativity and accountability
At its depth, this field invites a playful seriousness: the willingness to experiment with your story, while also knowing that stories carry power. It asks: What story am I living? What story am I telling? And is it truly mine?
The Settlor Field
The Settlor Field, your inner world is the ground, of being where the self stands, unborrowed. It is the recognition that before any contract, role, or relation, there is a root of authority that springs from within. This is not the authority of conquest or control, but of presence: a field in which no external force need be resisted because none has the authority to intrude.
To dwell in inner sovereignty is to know the difference between solitude and loneliness, between freedom and exile. The oak tree stands — not in defiance, not in pride, but because standing is its nature. Sovereignty is this: the ability to remain rooted in oneself while winds of expectation, desire, or pressure move through.
This field is not a barricade, though it can become one when distorted. Its true gift is the paradox that the more firmly one belongs to oneself, the more easily one can open to others without fear of loss. Sovereignty is the silent declaration: I am my own ground. From here, I choose.
Inner Clarity Field
The Inner Clarity field is the lake within: a surface so still that it can reflect the world without distortion. In its presence, the storms of confusion fall quiet, and the sediment of agitation settles to the bottom. This is not the clarity of sharp edges or relentless analysis, but of openness — the kind of clarity that arrives when one stops grasping for answers and allows what is true to show itself, organically.
Inner Clarity is not about perfection of sight but purity of seeing. It recognizes bias, projection, and fear as ripples, and it does not chase them away by force; it allows them to settle naturally. In this way, clarity becomes an environment rather than an effort — a condition in which discernment arises on its own.
At its depth, this field is luminous. It does not argue; it reveals. It allows a person to stand in uncertainty without panic, because even in the unknown there is light enough to see the next step. The gift of Inner Clarity is simple, profound: the ability to know what is, and from there, to move with clean intention.
Consciousness Role In Authoring of Self.
This Consciousness Field, is the living atmosphere or energy – frequency of the Settlor position: the space in which clarity, intention, and authoring of self become possible.
It is not confined to thought or emotion but is the awake ground that notices, holds, and integrates them.
To live from this field is to stand under the Lor of Source/God/Highest, not tossed about by confusion or external pressure, but steady in presence, able to choose with self-authority.
The Consciousness Field is both mirror and compass — showing what is real, and guiding each step into alignment with the lor you are set to embody.
Trusts in Nature and Relationship
Sovereignty does not stand alone. It moves in relation to all that surrounds it, in trust, in agreements both visible and unseen.
In the Communal Field, we see that all of nature lives in trust:
A tree authors seed, holds form, and receives light.
A river carries flow, receives rain, and gives life.
The bee and flower exchange essence in mutual trust.
The roles are eternal: settlor, trustee, beneficiary.
Each of us is all three: settlor of our path, trustee of what we carry, beneficiary of what is given.
To live in the Communal Field is to restore natural balance — trust not as artifice, but as nature itself.
Practical Expression, Work, Land, Creation.
Inner freedom does not remain in thought or words. It is embodied, walked, and made visible in the Living Field.
Here is where the settlor flame becomes tangible:
In the work of our hands and craft.
In the land we tend, dwell on, or walk across.
In the creations we bring forth — writings, structures, families, gardens, processes.
The Living Field is the outward current of inner freedom and self sovereignty.
It is where the inner flame and communal trust find form.
It is the place of building, of resilience, of manifesting the Path in daily life.
In this way, the settlor position is not only claimed — it is lived.

Full details coming soon…

1 - Orientation/Introduction
Authoring Self is the movement of the living being standing as SETTLOR — the one who sets the LOR for self. This is the adult position at the top of the trust. From here, life is not dictated by systems of fiction but authored from flame, trust, and creation. It is the reclaiming of the story of self as a living being, no longer consenting unconsciously to scripts imposed by external authority. The path begins with remembering: you are not subject, you are settlor.

2 - Meaning & Essence
Authoring Self is not an abstract idea but the very essence of being alive. To stand as SETTLOR is to know that your flame is unextinguishable, that your presence itself carries authority. It is the inner knowing that no fiction defines you. Here, law becomes LOR — the living order of resonance. Essence is not in signatures or dead marks but in your frequency, your living presence, your word. Authoring Self means every step, every choice, every breath is your authorship — the story of your life as a living settlor.

3 - Practices & Presence
Practice 1 – The Living Mark (Energetic): Instead of a written mark, breathe presence into your heart and extend it outward. Speak inwardly: “This is my story — I walk it as living settlor.” Practice 2 – Re-Authoring the Story (Frequency Work): Recall a time you felt written over. Sense the frequency it left. Shift it by breathing flame into it, then rewrite the resonance so the story carries your frequency. Practice 3 – Daily Presence Mark: Choose one act each morning as your living mark. Declare it aloud: “Today my authoring is…” In the evening, recall: “Did I leave that mark?” Presence is practice. Practice is presence.

4 - Risks & Distortions
The greatest risk in walking as SETTLOR is collapse — slipping back into subject, into fear, into compliance with fictions without realizing it or again through fear. Distortions arise when you forget your flame: when words multiply without weight, when anger replaces clarity, when proving becomes more important than presence and graoundedness. Another risk is spiritual bypassing — using lofty or fancy words while avoiding actual embodiment. Not living what you speak. To avoid these distortions, return daily to breath, flame, and the living mark.

5 - Gifts & Power
To stand as SETTLOR opens gifts: calm clarity in encounters, confidence in saying yes or no, freedom from imposed scripts, and the power to create without permission. Relationships deepen, as others feel your trust. Work and creation flow with ease. The greatest gift is inner sovereignty: the unshakeable knowing that your story is authored by you, not dictated by external fictions.

6 - Embodied Practices
Authoring Self is lived in the body. Stand tall, shoulders open, breath steady. Feel the flame in your heart and earth beneath your feet. Speak with pauses, letting your words resonate. Walk with grounded steps. In encounters with others, look steadily, not with defiance but with presence. Daily embodiment anchors SETTLOR beyond thought.

7 - Relating to the system
The system thrives on the assumption of authority. To walk as SETTLOR is not to fight it, nor to collapse under it, but to meet it as it’s truth – a fiction. Police, councils, courts — they speak in assumed jurisdiction. The SETTLOR stance answers not with aggression but with presence: calm, clear, non-consenting. You are not subject. You do not sign as dead entity. You give only living word, if at all. Relation to the system becomes one of clarity, not entanglement.

8 - The Living Mark vs. the Dead Signature
Signatures are for the dead entity, the corporate fiction. The one Named on your Birthing Certificate. Autograph, thumbprint, or energetic mark is for the living. The real flesh and blood. More deeply, the living mark is not physical at all — it is frequency. It is the trace of your presence left in encounters, in acts, in creations. The difference is profound: signature is for when one requires to interact with the system; The living energetic mark affirms life.

9 - Inner Sovereignty
Inner sovereignty is the ground of SETTLOR. It is not about ruling others but standing in authorship of self. Sovereignty means no external fiction defines your being. It is steady, calm, and quiet — not defiant, but assured. Inner sovereignty is carried in silence, in choice, in the unwavering knowing: “I set the LOR for myself.”

10 - Flame, Trust, Creation
The path of SETTLOR moves through three flames: • Flame in Heart: the inner fire of life. • Trust in Relation: walking in connection without collapse or control. • Creation in Hand: giving life to form, work, and land. Together, these three fields — Inner, Communal, Living — weave the whole path.

11 - Communal Field — Trusts & Relation
As SETTLOR you do not walk alone. The communal field is where trust is lived with others. Trust is not blind, but a living resonance. You stand steady in yourself, and so relation becomes clear. In community, you neither dominate nor collapse. You offer presence, receive presence. Agreements are living, not contractual. This is trust made flesh.

12 - Living Field — Work, Land, Creation
Authoring Self must enter the soil of life. The living field is work, craft, land, and creation. To be SETTLOR here is to bring flame into form: food grown, work done, craft shaped, song sung. Creation is not dictated by permission, but authored as life’s natural outflow. Here, the path of SETTLOR touches earth.

13 - Encounters with Authority
When authority appears — police, councils, courts — the SETTLOR stance is steady presence. You do not argue, do not collapse, do not over-explain. You answer if you choose, in clarity and few words. You do not sign into fiction. You remember: “I am settlor. I set the LOR for myself.” Encounters become mirrors of your flame, not battles.

14 - The Adult Position in Trust
In trust, the adult position is SETTLOR — the one who sets the LOR for self. This is the place of origin, of self authoring, of flame. Yet the roles of trustee and beneficiary also appear in life. They are not lesser, but different functions. What matters is how they are lived. From this stance, trust is whole: authorship, stewardship, and reception woven into one living movement.

15 - Inner Clarity
Clarity is light in the path. Without clarity, flame is obscured, trust is clouded, creation stumbles. Inner clarity comes through stillness, breath, and listening. It is knowing your yes and no, seeing fictions for what they are, discerning presence from distortion. Clarity is the compass of SETTLOR.

16 - Energetic Boundaries
As SETTLOR, your boundary is frequency. You do not need walls of anger or defense. Boundaries are clear resonance: what is yours remains yours, what is not cannot stick. When approached by distortion, you stand steady in flame. Energy itself becomes your shield, without aggression.

17 - Conflict & Resolution
Conflict is natural thing, but resolution as SETTLOR, is not about winning or losing. It is about staying present and remaining in the adult position. You listen without collapse. You speak without attack. You allow others their path, while standing in yours. Resolution comes not by force but by resonance. Even if disagreement remains, you walk away whole.

18 - Signs of Alignment and Distortion
Signs of Alignment: calm presence, clear yes/no, few words with weight, ease in body, flow in creation, trust in relation. Signs of Distortion: fear reaction, aggressive defiance, over-explaining, collapse into heaviness, unconscious consent, loss of flame. The path is not perfection but return. Recognition itself is return. Speak: “I reset. I am SETTLOR. I stand again.”

19 - Daily Integration
Authoring Self matures in daily acts: • Morning flame: breathe and declare, “I am SETTLOR.” • Living word: pause before speech, speak with presence. • Consent: yes and no from clarity. • Mark of the day: choose one act as your living mark. • Evening return: review alignment and reset. Small acts build resonance. Life reshapes around your flame. The culmination of your day's combined thoughts have now created you tomorrow's experience. Are you aware of what you have created for your tomorrow? Better to be sure as you author your new time line of experience.

20 - Closing Meditation / Invocation
Prepare: feet grounded, breath steady. Place your hand on your heart. Visualize a flame glowing in chest. Say inwardly: “This flame is my life. This flame is me authoring my life, myself.” Speak aloud: “I am SETTLOR. I set the LOR for myself. I walk in flame, trust, and creation. I am author of my living story.” See yourself walking forward, flame in heart, trust in relation, creation in hand. Close with invocation: “I am SETTLOR. I stand in my flame. I walk in trust. I create in life. My mark is frequency. My story is mine.”
The 20-part path is not curriculum alone, but a living practice. Each section is a doorway, each act is a return to Source. The path of settlor is not destination but movement in the very now time moment — flame, trust, creation, walked daily.
